Introduction:
Culture refers to the knowledge and characteristics of a specific group of individual with respect to art, music, social habits, cuisine, religion, and language.
Explanation of Solution
The unconscious value could be that Camp Bow is providing services not only to the customers but also to the dogs. The invisible feature of the culture of the company as discussed in the video is to overcome challenges for attaining success. The company is not only making money rather they are also doing a great job of serving the dogs. This resulted in the creation of the foundation of bow wow buddies which deals with finding a good house for the unwanted dogs or pets. The conscious and visible features are the logo and brand name which stand to be one of the ways to portray the culture of the corporation. The presence of the company over the internet is visible to more and more people that are browsing their site. Lastly the relationship of the company with the customer is although invisible with respect to the services set forth above, however, the relationship can be evaluated on the basis of feedback provided by the customers.
