Businesses are very selective in location decisions, they go through the factors and make a decision on the most attractive location. An attractive location/country will be assessed based on factors, these factors include: government favour, restrictions and free trade policy, efficient and effective infrastructures, less legal boundaries, technological advancement and the capital boundary of the country/location. There are some countries who have taken lowest reforms in improving these above discussed factors to attract businesses.
