Immunological memory is a specific characteristic of the immune system. It means the person is not attacked by a prior exposed pathogen again. It is also the fundamental part of adaptive immune system that involves memory cells like T cells and B cells, which protect us from pathogens.

Explanation

There are two main types of immunological memory that are primary memory and secondary memory. The primary memory begins when the person exposed to the antigen, for instance, antigen A, for the first time. But when the same antigen (A) enters in the human's body again, it produces a secondary immune response.
