“ALL” operator:

The operator “ALL” is used with “WHERE” or “HAVING” clause. If “ALL” operator is used in a subquery, then the condition returns true only if it satisfies all the values produced by the subquery.

Syntax:

SELECT column_Name(s) FROM table_Name WHERE column_Name ALL (SELECT column_Name FROM table_Name WHERE condition);
