Explanation of Solution

Justification:

• The unsophisticated transmission of bytes of the array may result in every integer appearing to have had its bytes reversed at the destination end.
• Only with a standard byte order and word length, the solution standard is to agree on an architecture-independent “wire format”.
• The sender converts from local format to wire format and the receiver converts from wire format to local format.
• This generated solution addresses is not only endian-ness, but also word length and data alignment issues in more complex data structures.
