Introduction:

Previous four stages given by Erickson are more governed by the parents and teachers but later the life gets more independent and the child starts to choose life according to their own interest or strengths that are formed in previous stages of life. If the ego identity framed is strong enough then the comparative value and productive value in later years of life would be more.
