Interpretation Introduction

Interpretation: The pressure of given $\text{He}$ gas with the use of van der waals equation is to be calculated. The gas that behaves more ideally at 300 K among the helium and nitrogen gas is to be identified.

Concept introduction: The pressure of helium gas $\left(P_{\text{He}\left(g\right)}\right)$ from van der waals equation is calculated by the formula,

$P_{\text{He}\left(g\right)}=\frac{n\text{R}T}{V-nb}-\frac{n^{2}a}{V^2}$

To determine: The pressure of given $\text{He}$ gas with the use of van der waals equation and the gas that behaves more ideally at 300 K among the helium and nitrogen gas.
