Explanation of Solution

An experiment is conducted to reach at the conclusion about the particular hypothesis. While conducting an experiments certain errors might occur.

(1). One of the errors that is likely to occur is the sampling error.Sampling error is an error that occurs when the selected sample is not the representative of the overall true population which creates the biasness in the result of an experiment. Due to the sampling error, it is possible to conclude that there some predicted relationship exists between the variables but in reality, it does not.

(2). There is also possibility that the relationship shown in an experiment is already known between the variables. Thus, it could be concluded that there exists a relationship as being indicated in the sample.
