Summary Introduction

Introduction: Transcription is the process in which the nucleotide sequences of a gene are transcribed into mRNA sequences that code for proteins during translation process. The stages of these processes are common for both bacteria and eukaryotes. In eukaryotes, transcription takes place in the nucleus, and translation occurs in the cytoplasm. In prokaryotes, these processes occur in the cytoplasm.
