Case summary:The person N filed a suit against the company TG that due to a foreign substance on the floor, she slipped and got injured. The company TG filed a motion to inspect N’s FB profile as the suit was not only related to her physical condition but also to mental health. The person N wanted to protect her privacy and disallowed the inspection permission to TG. The court allowed the inspection to find out the mental condition of N.
