Explanation of Solution

Quadrants are used to refer to four quarters of the coordinate plane. Coordinate plane has an x-axis, which divides into top and bottom half, and y-axis, which divides into left and right half.

The givenfour points are:

  1. When the value of 'X' is 1, the value of 'Y' is 4.
  2. When the value of 'X' is -2, the value of 'Y' is 1.
  3. When the value of 'X' is -3, the value of 'Y' is -3.
  4. When the value of 'X' is 3, the value of 'Y' is -2.

The following graph plots the points of values of 'X' and corresponding 'Y' values.

Horizontal line is the X-axis and vertical line is Y-axis.
