Define the set {(x1 , x2 ); x1 x2 = 4} the smallest distance from the origin and the points where this is achieved.
The class is discrete mathematics. I am stuck on a question that wants me to "prove that for any graph G, either G is connected or G compliment is connected". I understand that "connected" means a walk from any one point on a graph to another, and I think the direction I should go is either prove a theorem about the set of edges or break it into cases.
Prove and explain whether the graphs G1= {V1, E1} and G2= {V2, E2} are equal or isomorphic. You may draw an illustration to support your claim.
Given:
V1= {a,b,c,d}, E1= {{a,b}, {a,c}, {a,d}, {c,d}}
V2= {w,x,y,z}, E2= {{w,x}, {w,y}, {x,y}, {y,z}}
