Zumdahl, Steven S. : University of Illinois

Steven S. Zumdahl received his Ph. D. in Chemistry from the University of Illinois, Urbana, in 1968. In 25 years of teaching he has been a faculty member at the University of Colorado-Boulder, Parkland College in Illinois, and the University of Illinois-Urbana. Currently he is professor and associate head of Chemistry and Director of Undergraduate Programs in Chemistry at the University of Illinois. In 1994 he received the National Catalyst Award from the Chemical Manufacturers Association in recognition of his contribution to chemical education in the United States.
