Bonkers Bakery is a bakery store that sells lots of goods for any occasion that consumers will need now or in near future. The bakery has many competitors within Sioux Falls, with many smaller local bakeries that have great quality, but they aren’t near the level of Bonkers Bakery. The biggest threat to Bonkers Bakery and local shops is large corporations like Wal-Mart who can do multiple things while they have a bakery for people to stop by and grab some sweets.
