people. How will people be able to have jobs and support their families? What is our world’s carrying capacity? Before we can try to answer that, we need to understand what carrying capacity is, according to the Merriam-Webster: Dictionary it is the maximum number of individuals of a species that can exist in a habitat indefinitely without threatening other species in that habitat (“Carrying Capacity”). Some might try to say that technically, by that definition we have already reached out carrying capacity

Results and Discussion The deterioration in Arctic sea ice, both in magnitude and width, over the last numerous decades is additional evidence for rapid climate change. Sea ice is frozen seawater that drifts on the ocean surface. It overlays millions of square kilometers in the Polar Regions, fluctuating with the seasons. In the Arctic, some sea ice
Worldwide, the origin of agriculture has been a controversial subject among scholars not only due to the variety of proposals about where it was originated but also because of the different possible factors that triggered the early domestication of plants. As a consequence, there have been different theories and hypothesises that have addressed this important phenomenon; however, current research has provided new evidence which challenges previous ideas and argues for a new point of view that correlates

Introduction Simultaneously, Mt Adams is the second highest mountain and the most under looked volcano in Washington State. In terms of volume, Mt. Adams is the second largest volcano (behind Mt. Shasta) in the Cascade Range (Alt & Hyndman 1984). Since it has been relatively quiet for the past couple millennia, it does not receive as much attention as it’s counterparts and draws very few tourists due to it’s remote setting (Hill 2004). Prior to recent research, not much was known regarding Mt. Adam’s
footprint, and contamination levels. Due to the diminishing natural integrity of the cave and the art on its walls, the cave has since been sealed off. It is estimated that the cave was painted 17,000 years ago, when the world was at about the Last Glacial Maximum (LGM), the coldest it has been for the past 70,000 years. Some of the paintings show some of the extinct animals, bison, horses, ibexes, no fish, wolves, raptors, or mammoths. This didn’t mean those animals didn’t exist in this area though
that warms the atmosphere. • Since pre-industrial times, atmospheric CO2 concentrations have increased from about 280 parts per million (ppm) to over 380 ppm. Current concentrations of CO2 and other greenhouse gases are unprecedented in at least the last 650,000 years, based on records from gas bubbles trapped in polar ice. • Independent measurements demonstrate that the increased CO2 in the atmosphere comes
