If we set up a paintball course kids under 13 would need a parent, but kids older would be able to destroy environment and shoot guns. This solution would work because instead of destroying the town we could build a paintball course and make that look the way it's supposed to. But some cons to this is not enough money for protective equipment, weapons, air, and paintballs.
