In sequence one I found that it was the protein BRCA2. This protein is responsible for repairing DNA, it is a tumor suppressor gene. A tumor suppressor helps cells from growing and dividing too quickly and out of control. BRCA2 also helps regulate cytokinesis. If something is wrong with this protein at any point, there can be a risk to develop breast, ovarian, and prostate cancer. WOOSTER — Jim Carmichael was a leader who cast a long shadow for many years at the local, county and state levels, said Ron Amstutz, a friend and state representative. Carmichael, a county commissioner, former mayor of Shreve and a former state representative, died Wednesday. He was 76 years old. WOOSTER — With funding tight, area 4-H leaders are looking into ways to raise revenues in order to enhance and expand programming. This past year, the Wayne County 4-H program introduced a fee, which generated about $20,000, said Doug Foxx, Wayne County Extension educator 4-H Youth Development. The fee was $10 per Cloverbud, $15 per 4-H member and a total cap of $50 per family. Scholarships were made available to help families.
