WOOSTER — With funding tight, area 4-H leaders are looking into ways to raise revenues in order to enhance and expand programming. This past year, the Wayne County 4-H program introduced a fee, which generated about $20,000, said Doug Foxx, Wayne County Extension educator 4-H Youth Development. The fee was $10 per Cloverbud, $15 per 4-H member and a total cap of $50 per family. Scholarships were made available to help families.
