Incorporating your ideas for this new design will help GDD deliver more packages, gaining more contracts from other companies. Information sharing will help the company become more efficient and effective with operations. Knowledge sharing is a great way for companies to build relationships with their employees, as well as creating organizational learning. We are then able to create a bridge between working and innovating, bringing forth new knowledge to improve effectiveness. I highly recommend you bring forth your new design to the management team.
