Project:

• It is a task (like developing a software or application) that is given to an organization by the user or other clients.
• An organization usually contains a project team in order to develop the project.
• For a particular project it is necessary to have a project manager and a project leader.
  • A project manager controls the activities that are done during system development.
  • A project leader always manages and controls the budget. The leader also schedules the project and allocates the project modules among the workers.
