Explanation of Solution
Introduction:
A magnet is a substance which attracts other magnetic materials. A magnet has two poles-North pole and south pole. Magnetic field lines emerge from north pole and enter in south pole.
Similar poles resist each other while dissimilar poles attract towards each other. The end of the magnet on right which is near to the end of the suspended magnet are dissimilar poles. So, when the magnet on right is moved towards the suspended magnet, the ends would attract and suspended magnet would tilt towards right.
