Explanation of Solution

The two-step process will be used for selecting an SRS using random number table.

1) Label each gravestone from 00001 to 55914.

2) To use random number table, start at the left-hand side of line 127 and read five-digit groups. Select first 3 unique numbers ranging from 00001 to 55914, which will be selected gravestones, since our gravestones are labeled from 00001 to 55914. If number is repeated use only once, since same gravestone cannot be selected more than once.
