Dresser, Horatio Willis. An American writer on philosophy; born in Yarmouth, ME, Jan. 15, 1866; died in 1954. Among his numerous works are: ‘The Power of Silence’ (1895); ‘The Perfect Whole’ (1896); ‘In Search of a Soul’ (1897); ‘Voices of Hope’ (1898); ‘Living by the Spirit’; ‘Book of Secrets’; ‘Health and the Inner Life.’
