Evidence:

Guards: When the authorities arrived on the scene both guards were Were not able to tell us if they were in fact responsible or not for the Death of King Duncan (Highly intoxicated). Both suspects were Covered in the blood of king on their face with the dagger used to kill him. Macbeth killed them.

Malcolm and Donalbain (Sons of the victim): As soon as King
Duncan (Victim) was pronounced dead both suspects fled and were nowhere to be found. Malcolm to England and Donalbain to Scotland.

King Duncan was at the castle of his Thane, Lord Macbeth, the night he was killed. Lord Macbeth had arranged a grand party for the king and his sons. According to the autopsy on November 12th, 1556, at approximately
