I have a lot of experience in Minecraft server moderation, But I have never moderated on any other game server. The following servers I have worked on I 've achieved ranked ranging from Helper all the way to Manager and experiencing all the different ranks I was also able to learn all of the different responsibilities each role had.
#1 Sarefine Pvp Network, I have most likely learned the most from this one huge experience. Sarefine is a Practice PotPvP server (adding HCF soon) with an average amount of players around 200 and on days that they had updates ranged around 300-400. Anyways I worked on sarefine for about two months or so and was promoted to Moderator rank. Sarefine was a huge learning experience as I was taught how to screenshare and find vape etc. Not only that but I really taught myself how to be extremely patient with players and how to deal with aggravated, and toxic players without causing a network wide riot.. So you 're probably wondering why I dont work there anymore well I resigned, I resigned because a lot of changes were made to the staff team that I was not comfortable with. One of the managers that I really enjoyed to talk to resigned and a couple of my friends either resigned or got demoted. I decided that it was time to resign, If you would like proof that I resigned peacefully and wasnt demoted proof can be provided if needed, Just private message me.
#2 ForgeFactions, Now this server
I worked with plugins here and there, and even got to set up SG maps. In fact 2 of the servers I even got OP'd so I could get more commands to the point where I gave out ranks to people who had problems with transactions, and didn't get their ranks. It was a lot of fun for me, and gave me more experience on servers. I was Mod/Helper on these other servers, and I absolutely loved helping out people answering question building doing all sorts of things. I set up shops and a couple of parkour courses to make the server a lot more fun and entertaining. I can spend 2-3 hours a day so in a week, maybe 21 hours in total, I will try my best to be on for as long as I can. When I was a builder I spent 2 hours on the server daily building and helping the community, when I'm a Helper I might spend like 4 hours on the server (Taking breaks here and there to relax). I can be a huge help I can be on this server a lot, and I'm confident I have what it takes to be a Helper. I can do so much for the server any time Owners/Admins need help, I will be there with building or whatever they need me to do and I will do it. I know a lot about plugins so I can be a huge help with that as well . Also what to do when people are not obeying the rules. I love playing minecraft and have been playing since 1.3 and never been banned on any server. When I was a Mod I loved helping people out with there problems/concerns I can also do that in this server which will
I have experienced being a Mod, for about 2 months before the server was shut, although while I was mod I managed to help and moderate the server very well. Muting, kicking ect. wherever it was needed. Also did quite a lot of building on this server.
Previous experience as being a staff member: I have helped out with thirty or less servers they all have a small community, I have had Administrator on three (Hard working and solving bugs, Helping others too), On a couple of other servers (V.I.A) The Legendary Forest, I have been given Moderator and Builder. (EDIT: I have only worked with seven-teen servers, Sorry)
I have owned a server for 5 years, so I am seasoned and knowledgeable when it comes to being staff. I have been a co-owner of a relatively popular server that will not be named due to confidentiality and the risk of being rejected. I have also been a moderator on another server for about 3 months now.
- I'd like to become staff for one general reason, and that's of course to help. This statement branches off into numerous reasons, of course depending upon what server I'd be moderating. To start off, let me include that the server I play most is OP Factions. My main goal for this server is to make it a larger and more well known community. Aside from that, I'd like to stable an environment where rules are followed at all times. As we know, OP Factions is one of the smaller servers, and players at times take advantage of that to disobey rules when there are no staff online. If I was added to the staff team, I would be there to kick/mute the players that constantly advertise, use racism, or the one player that camps warp pvp with hacks.
I have a lot of staff experience on my role of playing this game. To start this section, I was first staff on a small prison server. This was the first server I was actually staff on. On this server I applied in the early makings of the server and achieved a Helper promotion. This server was in BETA so only staff could join, there was a major amount of people in the staff team so It got around 10 players a day. From that day I got helper I went all the way from Helper to Administrator+. Admin+ was basically the highest rank on their server other than Owner / Co-Owner. On the server I helped the owner with plugins, and the staff team. I was a staff manager there and I took my job seriously and I was staff for around 2 months. From there I unfortunately resigned as the server died out and I lost contact
Have you had any previous moderating experience? (If so name the server and the player-base): I have not had many moderating positions in my past but I have had a couple, those include:
However, my most efficient one was on a prison server. There I learned most on how things are done, and how a staff member should act towards other members and in public, giving me a lot of experience. However, that server has shut down due to a file transfer gone wrong. Even with the server down, that experience has stayed with me.
Experience- I have much experience with moderating Minecraft servers, and I can tell if someone is breaking a rule or not. Experience in my eyes is very needed. If you do not have any experience in moderating a community or game, you shouldn't apply for a big server such as HCGames. When you have experience moderating a community, you will not be shocked by how much time you got to put in, or how much effort that is needed. Coming into applying for Trial-Moderator, I know that it is going to take tons of effort. I will have to be online for hours, get spammed with help messages, and find hackers. Since I have the experience, I am already prepared for most of the stuff that is going to happen. For an example, I am was a head admin on a network
I have had much moderation experience on many other servers, including AuroraCraft, and CritPvP. CritPvP Is currently shut down, due to lack of players. But AuroraCraft is in its second year, and I am no longer a part of their staff team. AuroraCraft is a medium sized server, which includes Factions, and soon to be Skywars. I started my journey as being a staff member, more than a year ago. I applied for Helper rank on AuroraCraft, and I ended up getting it. It took me a while to finally get my self promoted all the way to Sr. Mod. I have learned all the commands, and when to use them, and I also equipped my self with communication skills that I tend to use when handling situations. I know how to complete a situation, and if there is any further
Have you ever been a moderator before? If so, what server and why are you not one now? No, I've always wanted to but I haven't found the server that was
Possibly, your child can become the victim of the bad language or some other atrocious activities. Yes, you have to take care of this step. Step in the online market and find the reliable and cheap Minecraft server hosting service to make your kid in safe (server) hands. Although, during your research, you will encounter with several servers (right and unfavorable), but to find the family-friendly Minecraft server should be your objective.
think I can help out the server by telling new players the commands, I also have some experiences with being a staff member. For example: Me and some friends made a server, it had over 50 people on it and I was an admin, and on 2 other servers I was a helper, and on 1 server I was a mod. I think I can assist the server by helping people on their way to victory, I feel happy when I am new on a big server and there are helpers and high rank people that tell me how everything works, thats exactly what i wanna do! I can also assist the server by banning hackers and advertisers, since thats not alowed. I know the rules good, and I will hold myself to them, I wont unban/unmute a very "famous" player. Everybody is the same, rank or not! I also see that the big players just ignore the smaller/newer players cause they dont have a rank, and just like I said a bit ago, rank or no rank, everybody is the same! And I wont do that, I know how it feels to be the small guy, cause iIam in real life, and it does not feel good at all. And I will also say that to the people that ignore the smaller/newer players, because I believe that everybody deservers help from a more experienced player!
Experience: I was owner on GlacialKITPVP, That server is long gone now, It was fun - its down due to the insufficient funds, I have been staff on many servers and nearly achieving Trainee on mineplex, I have tried my hardest to be respected on many servers and try to get staff! I played a server called WolfPVP which is gone but it was where, the Owner me and some other people, Created a small community which got $100 in the first month and then now has shutdown due to Owner having school, I was previous Head-Admin on VeltedHCF - Pretty much a rip off of VeltPvP but we'll
DistrictNetwork: Great experience around 100-150 players SOTW But after a few months of it being open it shut down. The rank I was on district was Admin. I had a lot of fun helping players and making sure people were having fun
