In the article written by Ann Gibbons and others, it dives into the discovery of our most ancient ancestor and the clues given to us from all 110 remains that have been found of A. ramidus. Traveling to Tumacacori took me about twenty five minutes to half an hour to get there. The first thing that I saw at Tumacacori was the mission and the front of the church. Unexpected amounts of animals are considered to be critically endangered and near extinction. Unfortunately, the Axolotl also known as the “water monster” or the “Mexican Salamander” is critically endangered and can only be found in Lake Xochimilco, south of Mexico City. Atalanta was born to two people with unknown names had a child in ancient Greece. The father had wished for a son, but was instead given a daughter who he named Atalanta. Anghiari was the first class trip that we took and still one of my favorite parts of studying abroad looking back. I was told by one of my friends that had previously done a study abroad trip to Sansepolcro that Angihari would not be a disappointment, she was right.
