Amelia Earhart Book Analysis

Many artists hide behind their work and allow their art to express what they cannot. This remains true for author, Barbara Kingsolver. She has written thirteen books, contributed to hundreds of anthologies, and published many stories, essays, poems, and articles. Her works have acquired many awards through the years, most notably, the National Humanities Medal, known as the highest honor of service through the arts in the year 2000. Kingsolver has heavily influenced her community and positively impacted the literary world.

Anne Bradstreet was America's first noteworthy poet in spite of the fact that she was a woman. Both the daughter and wife of Massachusetts governors, Bradstreet suffered all of the hardships of colonial life, was a mother, and still found time to write. Her poem, "The Author to Her Book," is an example of Bradstreet's excellent use of literary techniques while expressing genuine emotion and using domestic subject matter.

One day she was flying over the ocean, the next day she was gone, never to be seen again. Amelia Earhart was a pilot and the first woman to fly across the Atlantic Ocean. In 1937 Amelia was flying over the Pacific Ocean when she and her plane disappeared. Because Amelia Earhart was such an important person in American History, we need to find out what happened to her. There are quite a few theories about what happened to Earhart. Some of these are she was a spy, gathering information about the Japanese, or she crashed into the Pacific Ocean. One of the most widely believed theories is Amelia Earhart’s disappearance was caused by her plane crashing onto Gardner Island. There is plenty of physical evidence proving she crashed onto the island. Also, there are experts that believe this is what happened to her and there are radio calls from Earhart after her disappearance.

Amelia Mary Earhart had the courage and independence to do anything she wanted to do. This includes crossing the Atlantic Ocean on a plane and sharing her visions for aviation and women. She inspired many, formed the first women aviator’s association, and she tried to fly around the world. That is why I think that Amelia Earhart has made a difference. And as I have said, Amelia Earhart has certainly affected many people.

Does anyone actually know what happened to Amelia Earhart? Growing up, Amelia Earhart was always very outgoing and brave and liked the outdoors. She took an interest in flying at a young age, but no one knew she would be the first women to fly an airplane. The record-setting Amelia Earhart and her hard life's work ended when she took her last attempted flight around the world.

Amelia Earhart was an icon. She was a feminist. Not only a pioneer but also brave. During Amelia’s life, all the goals she had achieved were attained through pure perseverance and resilience. While Earhart had become well-known for being the first woman to fly solo across the Atlantic Ocean, she was likewise known throughout the world for her individual developments and aid in the feminist movement. She acknowledged a grander purpose in life which was the desire to live a life that surpassed beyond home and being confined in society. Her achievements in becoming an active feminist and succeeding in her dreams and goals prove her resilient courageous nature of being a woman during the 20th century despite being in a male dominant society.

The purpose of this research paper is to provide a critical biography on Jennifer Egan. I choose to write about Egan because she always changes her themes and genres up. Her literary work significantly impacts society by giving her readers real-life situations but she either makes it comical or uses some type of literary device to keep her audience entertained. This world is full of mystery, today there are over thousands of unanswered questions over the span of centuries. Several of these mysteries were people and there’s one that happened very recently but still has go undiscovered, her name was Amelia Earhart. In her time the great depression was in full effect and people's lives were at their worst. When Amelia came along people were able to find a sense of entertainment and enjoyment because of her; men and women alike both looked up to her for what she did for aviation. It wasn’t until her untimely death that people began to lose hope again. So what really did happen to Amelia Earhart in the end.
