Readers around the world today can still connect to Anne Frank’s feelings and her experiences. Anne Frank was, above all else, a normal teen. Or at least she was trying to be one. And that is what so many people can relate to. She had many battles with her mother, just like a normal teen. She even tried to have dates with Peter, like a normal teen. And she did all of this in the Annex with her family and friends around her, for two years! Most of the world could not do what Anne did. Another reason why Anne Frank had a huge impact on the world was because it has so much respect for her and her family. They had to put up with their family, the Vann Dans, and a complete stranger, for two long years. Also they couldn’t go outside, talk or move
Anne Frank was 13 years old at the time she started writing in her diary. She is a girl that is smart, intelligent and a good writer. She is also a talkative, optimistic, caring person that cared for anyone that happened to them. She wrote about anything at any time that seemed important or just to write it down. Imagine if you had to go through all of what she had to do to survive and adapt. This would connect to many children and families that are hated or in hiding. Kids that are in fear that are in hiding can connect to Anne Frank. Even little kids when they are in fear when they are in hiding when a robber enters the house. Anne Frank would not different from the other kids, she just wanted a normal life and
Even though Anne lived in confinement and in such circumstances she didn’t give up on herself and was still optimistic. This shows that Anne Frank is a strong person, at an early age she was able to not lose hope and still believed that people are really good at heart. She continued to grow as a person and still had positivity in
Anne Frank was a young jewish girl who was constantly running from the nazis taking over Germany. She was strong through hard times and never wanted to give up. Even when she was scared she stayed strong. She is a big influence because she shows that now matter how hard times are you can make it through them. Even though at the end anne Frank was put in a concentration camp and later died she has shaped our world that we know today This is why Anne Frank should be on Mt.Rushmore.
The Holocaust was one of the most tragic event in history when about six million Jews lost their lives to the Nazi. It was a very tragic and evil thing that the Nazi’s did. However, a Jewish girl, Anne Frank, said this: “In spite of everything, I still believe people are really good at heart.” Through everything Anne and her family went through, she always saw the good in things. After reading the play about her diary, I would have to agree with Anne’s quote. One of the main reasons I am agreeing with Anne is the kind and selfless thing that she did for her family and the people in the Annex on Hanukkah. However, I can see why you might disagree with Anne and myself by Mr. Van Daan and his selfish and unkind actions.
Don’t you hate it when your family and strangers treat you in a harsh way. Anne Frank was treated harshly by some people in the secret annex people would yell at her call her spoiled lazy and was always telling her what to do. But some people treated her nicely like Peter VanDaan and her dad in a way that made her feel loved by some people around her. Anne was a twelve year old girl when she was forced into hiding because she was a Jew in Nazi territory during WW2. Anne is treated by the people in the annex in many ways and that effects her character in such a way that changes her character.
Anne Frank 's life has impacted the lives of others because, her family background, Anne 's time in hiding, and what she expressed in her diary. Without Anne we would never know what life was like in the holocaust, from a personal standpoint. It came from the pages of a diary belonging to a young Jewish girl, Anne Frank. The Diary of Anne Frank has been read by hundreds of millions of people around the world since the end of World War II.
The Diary of Anne Frank had such a huge impact back in the days after the World War II and this simple diary of a thirteen-year-old Jewish girl still have a large impact on the society today. Anne Frank was a thirteen-year-old Jewish girl who was being forced into hiding because if she and her family were captured, there’s a great chance that they’ll be forced to go to the concentration camp. This action was basically a pathway being sent toward death through torture and suffering for the Jews, especially with the life threatening gas chamber. Therefore, many Jews had to go to into hiding, and one of the families were the Franks and Van Daans, and which is later joined by a dentist named Mr.Dussel. As the two families and Mr.Dussel had been
War had a big impact and effect on Anne Frank's life. Anne Frank was a young girl who died in the Holocaust. I used two pieces of content, “Who Was Anne Frank?” and a poem called “Anne Frank” WIthin that article and poem I learned about how the war changed Anne’s life.
"I've reached the point where I hardly care whether I live or die. The world will keep on turning without me, and I can't do anything to change events anyway" (Christianson). Over eleven million people were killed during the Holocaust, two-thirds of them Jews. Over 25 months, one girl living in a war torn country recorded the struggles and hardships she faced as a Jewish female in a Nazi ruled country. Annelies Marie Frank influenced many people by documenting her life from the time she was first free from the anti-Jewish forces to when she was taken away on that tragic day in August of 1944. Her impact can be narrowed down to her life before, during, and after going into hiding.
Anne Frank is a diary of a Jewish girl who lived during The Holocaust and WWII providing a first-hand account of what happened to Jewish people during this time, and for that reason, I believe Anne Frank belongs in a social studies classroom. Anne Frank tells us about the war's effect on the community. On pg: 192 Anne describes life in Germany while the war is going on
Literature is important because there is power in it, the power of knowledge. Not only is one able to sharpen his thinking through literature, but one can also learn about the past, through a much more emotional and personal view then what most history books can offer. There have been numerous history books on World War 2, but arguably the most famous of them all is Anne Frank’s diary. Considered one of the most known piece of World War 2 literature, the diary gives an unaltered and first person point of view that most historical books aren’t able to provide. Anne Frank’s diary opens the reader’s eyes so that they can gain a greater understanding of how Germany truly was back in the 40’s and what Anne Frank and her family went through as Jews
How would you feel if you had to go in hiding for two years and could never come out nor breathe in the fresh air, enjoy the sunrise or even see the birds chirping around ? Anne Frank and her family were going through a hard and difficult time. They were forced to go into hiding because at that time the holocaust was happening. The Nazis were gathering the Jewish people because Hitler wanted all the Jewish people to die. “Everyone needs someone with whom share life’s experiences” this theme best fits the story because, Anne that was thirteen at the time, had good connections with her father and others that helped her deal with struggles of the Holocaust.
In this book, I learned about Anne Frank, I learned about her accomplishments and about her family. Anne Frank was the youngest daughter of Otto and Edith Frank. Anne was born in June 12,1929, and died in March 1945. Anne Frank was a writer, her diary, Het Achterhuis (The Annex) in one of the best known diaries over the world. The book has sold in more than 60 different editions, and has sold over 18 million copies. Anne Frank and her family were involved in a war that lasted for about 2 years. I do admire her diary, which I think is her biggest accomplishment. I think she was only 13 years old when she wrote her diary and it was published when she was supposed to be 18, I would've never thought that an 18 year old would have
Anne Frank was a thirteen year old girl who loved the outdoors, reading, writing and much more but then a war began on Friday,September 1,1942.Her parents decided they would go into hiding in the “secret annex” after Margot got a letter reporting her to go off to a work camp in Germany. But while in the Annex she got made fun of and was treated like a little kid. That's why earlier she wanted to get her period and be fully grown into a woman but she doesn't understand that having your period doesn't make you a woman.
Anne Frank is an interesting person. She changed very much over the course of time in the Annex. The youngest Frank started as a selfish brat who thought everyone was out to destroy her, and developed into a person who could sympathize a bit more, and was nicer to lots of the members of the Annex. Anne made up with Margot. Her father and she got along amazingly. The van daans ended up good friends with her, as she could talk to Mrs. Van D, and not instigate an argument. She seemed much more mature than anyone around her age at that time and now.
