Obama’s Presidency May Be Invalid By: Tony Martin Obama’s Presidency is invalid. Documents of Obama’s birth certificate and federal law at the time contradict each other. His birth certificate shows that he should be a legal citizen while federal law questions his legibility.
On October 28, 2008, in Pennsylvania Supreme Court Philip J. Bergs accused Barrack Obama of being an illegal citizen causing him to lose the campaign. Bergs believes and strongly questioned Obamas validity.

Barrack Obama by technicality is not a legal citizen which would invalidate his presidency. Obama needed to be naturalized by his parents. Unfortunately this did not happen, while his mother did not meet the requirements of the time of his birth.

The idea was to follow the checks and balances; even by the Constitution it states that. “All legislature Powers herein granted shall be vested in Congress of the United States.” stated US Const. Art. 1, Sec. 1. “The President…shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed.” stated US Const. Art. 2, Sec. 3. There is a set of priorities needed to govern the United States; however, Obama didn’t follow them. The founders of the idea written were to protect the people of the United States as the founders of the Constitution wanted it. The president although has the right to execute the law.
