Inaash (a Lebanese non-profit organization that supports the Palestinian refugees) has created jobs for thousands women in camps through the production of Palestinian embroidery products. Although the organization had made significant achievements—from supporting refugees to offering medical help to elderly and sponsoring children’s education—major changes in its environment have resulted to diminishing sales and increased dependence on donations. As a result, Inaash’s…show more content… Firstly, it is necessary for the Inaash to develop a systematic strategic plan (Alternative #1)—in response to the organization’s lack of coherent developmental strategy. Although this may consume time and energy as a result of deliberation among the board and members, a well-written and consistent mission, vision, and goals can provide a clear road map to the organization. Also, it can establish the organization’s culture and make the board—as well as the members—arrive to the same decision, actions, and objectives.
Secondly, Inaash may need to increase their marketing strategy not only to increase publicity and sell more of their products, but also to raise more funds from donors locally and
