Good evening, Team! Received a call from Krystal reporting that her penny hopper constantly experienced pick failure. From Trainer provided picture, there is something interfering with dispensing disc movement and actually caused some damage this component. Trainer reported that she and a WM assistance manager were not able to rotate this disc in any direction at all. Please dispatch a tech with a new penny motor. This store will close at 11pm local time; please ask tech to call BJ, an overnight assistance manager, at (707)-631-6943. BJ should have all the combination along with permission level to open the coin dispenser; however, I also did asked Krystal to leave this penny hopper on the top of the cash office counter as well.
