Parents looking for something free, healthy and fun for their children to do this summer need to look no further. Ultimate MMA Training Center on the Hamden/North Haven line will be offering free classes this summer for kids on Monday nights from June through August.

Children need to know that not all people will be kind to them, but not all people will bring harm to them either. They need to know that it is okay to speak up, and if someone is making them do something that they are not comfortable with, they need the confidence to say no.

I learned many ways that the center provided child care for the children that attend their center. The daycare center is very clean and has a comfortable environment. When it comes to safety and health, everyone there has to be CPR and first aid certified. Things such as medicine, cleaning products, sharp instruments, and hazardous materials are stored safely. They are kept away from the children at all times. The activities they do change daily, it depends on what is on the lesson plan for the day. Now with these activities, the children are allowed to play both quietly indoors and outdoors. Indoors and outdoors have enough space for the children to move freely. Some examples of activities that the do are thing such as crafts based on what the teacher puts in her lesson plans, and there are centers that they can go to, such as housekeeping and blocks.
