Corbin Corbin has been a joy to have in class. He is sweet, and cares deeply about his friends. He is a positive boy, and is becoming a leader in and outside the classroom. I would recommend getting him a pair of sound canceling headphones next year. When he wears them he tends to stay on task and complete all of his assignments in a timely fashion. He still gets distracted easily. Academically, Corbin is at grade level in math, reading, and writing. I have loved having Corbin in my class this year. Beth Beth is beyond positive and caring to her peers. She is hard working and always finishing work early. She is ready for a challenge and her confidence has grown. Jack is above grade level in academics. Jack has great potential to be a great leader and throughout the school year he has stepped up to become a leader. I have seen great growth with Jack this year and his maturity has grown as well. I cannot wait to see how he flourishes in third grade. Jack is beyond brilliant and has been a wonderful student to have in class. Trenton Trenton’s reading has made a ton of growth this year. He cannot keep his head out of the book he is reading, which is a good issue to have. The subjects of math and writing are two areas Trenton still needs to work on and it would be beneficial to work on these throughout the summer. He tends to rush through his work, so he can continue reading. We have been working on not rushing. Sound canceling headphones have been very beneficial for Trenton and I would recommend him using them next year. Trentons’ personality is always positive and brings a smile to my face. I have truly enjoyed having Trenton in class. …show more content…

Tighe is willing to help others and makes sure others around him are taken care of. He has been a team player and works well with others. I have loved having Tighe in my classroom this year. I hope you have an amazing summer! Harrison Harrison’s attitude is always positive and he is always willing to help the people around him. He has made a ton of growth this year. He is below grade level in reading and math due to reading. This summer he would benefit from reading daily. I have truly enjoyed having Harrison in my classroom this year. His positive energy always brightens my day. Mckenzie Mackenzie is so sweet, caring, positive, and beyond helpful. She is beyond helpful to me and others. She is a little below grade level in math, it would benefit her to continue to work on math this summer. Mackenzie is right where she needs to be for reading. Mackenzie has a wonderful personality and has been a joy to have in class. I have loved having her in my classroom this year. I hope you have a fantastic summer!
He is very inspiring and is a role model for others. He inspires Gene to train for the Olympics and, although there were consequences, climb up to the tree branch and jump off. He also inspires all of the other kids in different ways. He is just a very confident and inspiring kind of person and it shows. He seems like someone that you would want to hang around with. There is however just like everyone else, a negative
His fifth grade report card showed that he demonstrates strength in all readings and spelling but is just appropriate for grade level in his writing. Jerrel also demonstrate strength in speaking, listening, content of knowledge in social studies, science and mathematical problem solving. For music and art, he is appropriate for grade level. Jerrel is demonstrating strength in most of his academic skills. I believe I am helping Jerrel with his academic skill by not letting him be complacent in his work. Like even though he is a strong reader, I still read him books, that I believe he would be interested in. We need to continue to work with his development in music and
I have had the pleasure of teaching Fantashia Felder during her sophomore year. It is because of students like Fantashia that I prefer teaching tenth grade over any other. What makes this year so special is that teachers can truly see the transformation of their students from children, to young adults. It's a pivotal moment in a child's life where they must decide if they want to become focused on their academic and professional careers or become super apathetic. Fantashia chose to turn her life around and I am so happy I was able to witness such a beautiful transformation.
He was always playing sports with his brother, and with his dad. At his elementary school he was always being a leader. Especially at indoor recess.
-What he tries to do and how he responds to events and situations (create order, lead the others, get rescued) - how this helps him grow up learn responsibility (positive)
“We had him for two years at the high school. He was a good boy, a good young man,” Parker said. “Everybody liked him. He was a pleasure to be around.”

Mrs. Brower can really tell that all of Andrew's teachers are dedicated to his growth both socially and academically. This is so refreshing and reassuring to them. He works well with encouragement and positive praise. For Andrew, he is 100% motivated if he feels everyone believes in him. He has expressed that his teachers are awesome. They just want to ensure that Andrew remains on track.

Jack has demonstrated the ability to understand and apply all the concepts of rhythmic and melodic notation that have been presented this year. When focused, he plays with energy and enthusiasm. Lately, however, his behavior has been problematic. Jack has always enjoyed injecting a capricious comment here and there during our class meetings. Whereas I found these to be fine, enjoyable actually, they have recently taken on a different tone and are too frequent and disruptive. It's important for Jack to stay productive and cooperative while keeping his sense of humor under control.
I want to start by appreciating all that you have been doing to support Issac in your classes. He requires more than the usual attention in class in addition to the demands placed on you by numerous requests for meetings by his parents. I am confident that with a group of skilled educators like yourselves he will continue to show academic, social and behavioral growth in 6th grade.
Other things that I noticed and wonder about are the instructional practices and services being provided to Mike. For example, I noticed that the teacher’s lessons were predominantly teacher-centered and very little use of visual clues. I
As I have watched Julie through the years, the one thing that is apparent, is her love for the students and her job. Julie arrives to work with a smile on her face, and a can-do attitude that permeates the HS girls’ dorm. The students enjoy being around Julie because she sees the positive in everything, which gives the girls a sense of peace and confidence. The enthusiasm that you display can be seen when you are interpreting for the elementary students, managing the TC, coordinating sorority activities … students want to be involved because you make them feel like they are part of something special. Thank you Julie.
I will definitely miss her too. Let her know that my door is always open and I hope she comes to visit. Kaitlyn is a strong and intelligent student. Science is a special subject because the test encompasses skills from third, fourth, and fifth grade. I made the recommendations based on classroom observations and Ruckel's placement guidelines. Her grades fluctuated between Cs and Bs and that was an indicator of her performance in science. Based on the fact that sixth grade is a transition year, I think that her placement on the regular science class will help her build her confidence and get a feeling for the demands on the subject. Her FSA scores took by surprise, I was expecting her to make a 3, instead she scored a 1. The scores support
