The prices charged will be those ruling at the date of despatch and we cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions to products or prices.
2.5 The Seller reserves the right, by giving notice to the Buyer at any time before delivery, to increase the price to reflect any increase in the cost to the Seller which is due to any factor beyond the control of the Seller (such as, without limitation, any increase in the costs of labour, materials or other costs of manufacture).
2.6 Our site contains a large number of Products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. If a Product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection. If the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as an error, we do not have to provide the Products to you at the incorrect (lower) price.

My grand mother had her identity stolen once. We found out the elderly are a common victim of identity theft. An entire year went by before she knew her identity was stolen and the only reason she found out was because she found out she was missing money from her account each month to the point that her mortgage payment was not being paid in full each month. She was under the impression the bank took care of everything, her husband was taking care of the finances but he passed away so everything started to unravel. Once she found out she owed the bank a lot of money toward her mortgage and was very behind on payments. She never found out who did it, had to get all new cards and numbers, and is still paying for it today.
This means if you bring in a sales paper with for instance, a microwave that’s $45 and Wal-Mart has the same one for $65, they will sell it to you for $45. If they have something marked lower than what it really is they sell it to you for that price, even if it’s a big difference. You definitely get

Price differences are also allowed in regards to changing market conditions “such as but not limited to actual or imminent deterioration of perishable goods, obsolescence of seasonal goods, distress sales under court process, or sales in good faith in discontinuance of business in the goods concerned.”(2) An example of this maybe providing a discount for Christmas decorations as December 25 approaches or cheese as the sell by date

This is because other dealers in the market will get an opportunity to sell their products in the market. Customers can get products locally with the change. Some suppliers can still get a way of working around the pricing issue to increase their sales.
To ensure accurate pricing, we double-check all entries before it is posted to our website. Occasionally, though, we missed a typo. A proofreader’s mistake resulted in the erroneous price of $18 in last week’s listings. Although, this stunning turtleneck should have been listed at $218. Because of our error we would like to offer you this sweater for only $118.80. If

What’s more, the price is not only affected by demand. It may also be influenced by dealer to dealer. Different dealer will offer a different price because of delivery fee. Thus it is another particular factor that causes price difference.
This is where you are able to determine the price with your suppliers. This can happen if there are a large amount of suppliers and you are buying in bulk. This may force suppliers into a price war.
