Dallas offers the feel of a small town and the amenities of a large city.

The state named "Oklahoma" is named after a Muskogean Indian word, which originated from the words oklah homma, which translates to English and means red people. During the early 1800's to 1900's, Oklahoma developed greatly. From the first Native Americans, to the first white Americans, they all migrated west for different reasons, until Oklahoma became a state. When they developed a society, their economic practices, which are still used today, shaped the future of Oklahoma.

Sipping on iced-cold sweet tea, I watch multiple waiters gather up and begin line dancing to loud country music that plays in the background. By the time im almost halfway through with my beverage and almost full due to the warm, freshly baked rolls, a smiling waitress brings my family our food. She kindly places down our meal, tells us to enjoy and leaves to let us chow down. Resting on the plate in front of me is a thick, juicy piece of rib eye steak thats paired with loaded mashed potatoes and freshly cooked vegetables. Texas Roadhouse has come to be one of my favorite restaurantst to dine at. They provide excellent food complimented by great service and the unique atmosphere of the restaurant is full of energy and always has some type of entertainment going on.

I grew up in san bernardino california I was born on March 10 2000.Not only did I grew up in san bernardino but also my sisters did. A Lot of people believe that san bernardino is a bad place but for me is my home. Yes there is a lot of crimes here but what city doesn't have crimes. Growing up in san bernardino made me stronger I have seen a lot of bad things happen but I have also seen good things.

My favorite sit-down restaurant is Texas Roadhouse. I don’t eat out much with my family except once a year for our anniversary when we go to Texas Roadhouse. Once we are seated it usually takes about a couple minutes for our waitress to introduce herself and take our drink order. They will usually give us a couple minutes to look over the menu and decide what we would like to order. Luckily I usually receive a coupon in the mail for a free appetizer and we usually will order one such as the cactus onion. Once we order the appetizer arrives first with our drinks or a little after. For our meal it usually takes about fifteen to twenty minutes to receive. While waiting they do offer free peanuts to munch on. As the meal goes on we do usually get

A commuter suburb of Washington D. C., Takoma Park, Maryland is a section of the Washington metropolitan area. Being close to the Capitol means this city has many comfortable and pleasant guest houses and Bed and Breakfasts and travel into Washington D.C. is a breeze. The Takoma Metro-rail Station is on the border between Takoma Park and Takoma and allows for easy travel into Washington D.C.. Texas Roadhouse is known for their outstanding made-from-scratch foods such as their steak, sides, ribs and their fresh bread. This restaurant specializes in steak house style, but don't let the name fool you. If you're not a so much of a “meat lover” their wide selection of food provides some pastas and sea foods for you. If you are allergic to anything, they won't hesitate to provide you with a safe meal that you would enjoy. For example; if you have a gluten allergy they will give you a selection of foods that does not have gluten in them and you could choose from a variety of foods safe for your health. Their menu is large and consists of a lot of options such as appetizers, soups or salads, your entree and dessert. Their menu gives a selection of “lighter foods” for those who are watching what they eat and provides a calories count on the bottom of each food item. Their food is always warm when arriving to our table and never under or overcooked. They always check to make sure your food is properly cooked and asked for criticism. Hi Elysa. It's true that St. Louis is not known for particularly healthy cuisine, but you certainly can find it at a myriad of restaurants today in the area. St. Louis is known for BBQ pork steaks and Toasted Ravioli. Some people from other parts of the country have never even heard of these foods and we usually get a response of..."What is that"?

Living in Los Angeles I believe is different compared to living in any other city in the United States. No other city really compares, at least I believe. Los Angeles is an extremely diverse city and every community differs from the next. There are numerous subgroups in Los Angeles, that really if one moves to the city, one will fit in right away with a specific group. I believe Los Angeles attracts people from all over the world because of how accepting the city is. I work in the Financial District part of Downtown Los Angeles, and even in downtown you will find different subgroups. Just in downtown you will find the Financial District, Jewelry Mart District, Flower, Fashion, Art and, so on. All of these is basically within walking distance

I went to the FC Dallas game a couple of weeks ago to enjoy the sport I love most, but at Toyota Stadium, Major League Soccer does not feel so major league. You may wonder why and the answer is simple: the fans.

I had never done a photographic essay before but I was excited to learn how to and take pictures for this project. For this art project I decided to do on poverty. I started doing research on insidermonkey.com and found out that there are 25 poorest cities in United States in 2017. One of those cities is Brownsville Texas we are ranked number seven do to low annual income high population and high unemployment.

San Francisco, in many eyes, truly is the greatest city in the world. San Francisco is part of the very popular and populated Bay Area, which is known to be a very diverse area with people coming from everywhere. With the loving atmosphere where everybody fits in, the people are generous, and everything is so easy to find. The tourist shops to go in the city are very interesting, with many popular attractions such as Fisherman’s Wharf (Pier 39 in particular), the many sports events that take place, Alcatraz Island, the Golden Gate Bridge, the gorgeous view you get from Twin Peaks, and much much more.
