With all due respect, many individuals from the majority and minority groups quarrel with great facts and opinions, however I would like to side with the Declaration of Independence. The document states that everyone individual is created equal and born with inalienable rights. So why is it hard to follow through and accept, if America is for everyone?
The United States is recognized as the land of freedom. It is the land of opportunities and the land of dreams, where people are given the chance to escape something or start a new chapter in life. This would not, only apply to Americans but to whoever wants or wishes for a higher free education and support. Every individual deserve to live a happy life they wanted, to fulfill their dreams.

A system that should allow residents of a specific region the opportunity to have healthcare coverage. This paper argues stipulations that all residents should be given the opportunities stated in the founding documents as well as the right to suitable healthcare, economic productivity and, a base for a just nation. In 2014 according to the US Census Bureau 33 million people in the United States which equates to 10.4% did not have health insurance. Thus, possibly assisting with the inability to provide residents with lifesaving treatments and accurate care for those in dire need but were unable to receive certain previsions due to not having health care.
On this day, we have been overcome by our grievances against all those who have claimed superiority over us. For years, the youth of this country have been dominated by others feeding their ideas of work and desires onto those who they perceive as below them. It is unfair that we, as a human race, must obtain these unwanted obligations. We should be using the time we have to enjoy our life, rather than being weighed down by work and misery, cast onto us by our fellow human beings. This document started as an official way for the colonies to announce to it’s people their repeal of loyalty to Britain. It symbolized and still represents what America stands for and is today. This one document has changed the course of millions of lives in history and is still changing lives to this very day.

In the Declaration of Independence it states that all men and woman are created equal. Although that some may consider the ideal more important. Unalienable Rights, Rights to alter or abolish government, and consent of government none of these ideals would be able to happen in America if we didn’t have equality.
The purpose of the Declaration of Independence was to explain the reasoning for why colonies wanted to separate themselves from the Great Britain. The purpose of The Bill of Rights was to make clear of the rights to American citizens. There were ten amendments made to explain the rights they had as a citizen. However, the Declaration of Independence listed the abuses that the British made to the colonist, which effected and went against the Bill of Rights. The abuses made by the Declaration of independence influenced the Bill of Rights and prevented them from ever happening again.
The Declaration of Independence states all the reasons why the colonies considered themselves independent from England. Thomas Jefferson didn’t believe in the reasons stated in the Declaration of Independence. He simply used ideas from others to justify it. Jefferson says “that all men are created equal”, and because of this they have certain unalienable rights. Thomas Jefferson didn’t think all men were equal. He refers to the Indians as “the merciless Indian savages, whose known rule of warfare is an undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes, and conditions.” From the way in which he describes them we can assume that he considered them inferior and uncivilized. He was also a slave owner. A man, who did not believe that Indians and black people are men couldn’t use the idea that all men are created equal.
