The patient should be seated upright and given GTN sublingually and oxygen immediately. If the patient’s pain is not relieved within 3 minutes this pain may be caused by a possible myocardial infarction and medical help should be summoned.

To train dental students to perform a dental surgery requires many dental surgery instruments and many of them need replacement. The scope of writer’s research is an Head Mounted Display (HMD) dental training simulator with Haptic Feedback which aimed to solve this issue. An integration between haptic devices and HMD technologies could replace the use of multiple instruments yet remains the characteristic of force feedback of the traditional dental training procedure. This simulator simulates the access opening stage of the root canal treatment. The users will be required to wear a HMD device which is HTC Vive in this case. The users will find themselves immersed in the dental operating environment provided with virtual dental instruments.
