I’ve always been fascinated with cars and being able to drive, different styles of cars and how each one was different. I wanted to drive them all. I often found myself using the internet to try and see what car I would have when I was able to finally drive. So many different cars from all over the world but learning to drive never changes.
I am not a very good driver to begin with and accidents happen easily, I mean how many times have accidents scared you? There is only one way to drive, safely and cautiously.
I remember the first time I drove, it was wise to stay indoors because I went over the curbs on the street. My driving was equivalent to an old blind man learning to drive. Being guided didn’t seem to be the best way to learn, I needed the experience, I needed to feel the car. When it all began I started learning with a friend, yes it may have been illegal to drive without a permit but I got more progress done then driving with a family member. Usually everybody learns from their guardian or an elder but in my case and maybe others, family is not the best way to go when wanting to learn to drive. Learning with my friend was calming and comfortable, I felt less pressure instead of my mother who would probably be screaming of terror or nervousness. The screaming only scared me more and made me feel more pressure to do better. She constantly tried to keep her hands close to the wheel “just in case something happened”. I had to only be going about 15mph before I was

Passing my permit test was a piece of cake. I read the driving manual book on the way to the BMV and knew all of the answers to the questions except one of the road signs. However, after getting my permit, no one really wanted to take the time to teach me how to drive. My mom had her license suspended at the time so she didn’t want to risk driving with me. The responsibility
Most people remember the first time they got to sit behind the wheel of a car and the exhilarating feeling of control. The first time I drove came about in the final lap of the derby I raced in the summer before my freshman year of high school. The race took place in Daley Plaza in Chicago on a sunny Saturday afternoon. My team and I were filled with excitement and nerves as we prepared to begin the race. Everyone chose me to drive as our final driver, and the thought of potentially driving to secure our victory terrified me. Soon the race started and we were swept away in the first three crazy laps and the intense challenges. Finally, Aastha pulled up to our pit and scrambled out of the car to complete the challenge. I quickly threw on the

Teen driving is unsafe and dangerous, teen driving is the leading cause of teenage deaths in the United States with more than 5,000 teens dying a year. 17 year old Weston Griggs, killed himself and the 2 passengers he had in his car. But, this accident was no accident. Weston was going 70 mph in a 40 mph speed zone. Teens between the ages 15 through 17 do not belong on the road. Outrageous amounts of teens are dying every year and these numbers are not changing, so why keep them on the road? Teen driving in the United States have three main problems
I woke up at eight in the morning, being that it was May and spring was in the air I knew that my day would be perfect. As I leaped out of my warm and comfortable bed to put on my Bullwinkle slippers, my stomach nerves began to tighten. I figured it was just a small bellyache and I would get over it soon. I walked slowly to the bathroom not really realizing that the house was not filled with sunshine as it usually is during these beautiful spring days. As I began to brush my teeth my eyes caught a glimpse of the window that I now noticed was so close to the mirror. I could have died when I noticed that the rain was coming down like a storm. It was at that moment that I ran to mother’s room to tell her that I couldn’t go driving today. My
Teens need to be taught that driving is a task that is complex and demanding. Parents know how much experience a young driver has, and they know exactly how inconvenient it is when they have to drive with their teen everywhere while they have their permit. Teens tend to cause most traffic accidents in adults’ eyes. They are not experienced yet, and often fail to pay attention to others on the road. They often think of a car as being some type of toy, but they do not know how powerful it really is. The driver education programs must be strengthened in order to make sure that students really have safer habits, behind the wheel experience, and by having a better understanding of all the laws on the road.
There are many accidents everyday that are costing people their lives. My young brothers and most definitely my grandparents would probably kill me for saying so, but there should be some changes made to the laws concerning the age requirements of drivers. If the State of Ohio changed the age requirement of operating a vehicle to between 18-70 years of age, our roads would be much safer to drive on.
One of the greatest things that teenagers look forward to is getting their driver¡¦s licence and getting the freedom to do whatever they want. Ever since graduated licensing began five years ago, on April 1,1994, many people have made good and bad comments about it.
Since I was a child, I have always dreamed I could have a car which belongs to me. I still remembered when I was four years old, my parents gave me a remote control car as my birthday gift. After that day I started to fall in love with cars.
I do not know how many times I have been driving down the road when someone does something stupid, ranging from pulling out in front of me or tailgating. More and more drivers enter the road every year and it seems as if less and less of them know how to drive.
