George bends over and looks down his wooden pool cue. He pulls the cue back and forth aiming at the center of the cue ball, with a perfect triangle of marble pool balls behind it. He pulls the cue back further, leans on his back foot and pushes the white cue ball as hard as he cam into the balls. The balls ricochet with a crisp crack, they meaninglessly bounce around the table without purpose.
“Nice shot georgy… for a girl. All bust no balls, that's what I say.” Mike said.
“Mike beat me once then start talking smack. I’ve been killing you everytime and it's your fricken table.” George said.

He goes inside to say goodbye to Mrs. Zimmerman and then b-lines towards his brand new Cadilac.
“Do you actually know how that thing works” George said to Mike.
“We’ll figure it out” Mike said while putting the saw in the back of the truck. The two boys headed out onto the property in the family’s truck. It was a blue and white 1975 crew cab desil Chevy. They drove down the driveway to the right of a huge feild that was once farmed but was now a prarie and to the left of a large forest, where the Zimmerman’s hunt deer and grouse.
The driveway was lined with old hard woods. Oak trees a hundred years old, taken there time to form into their own unique shape. They came upon a dead maple tree. The tree clearly stood there for some time. All the leaves were gone and the bark fell off exposing the ghostly white remains of the tree. Mike hops out and goes around to the bed of the truck where he flipps the tailgate down and pulls the chainsaw out. George leans up against the truck and gets comfortable. Mike yanks the chord and goes straight for the tree. Starting at the bottom he cuts down at a 45 degree angle and went straight in below that so the two cuts would meet. He went around to the other side and cut a slit just above the notch and the tree began to fall.
“TIMBER!!!!” Mike yelled and George laughed as he started to lean away from the truck.
“That wasn’t as hard as I thought it was gonna be” Mike said.
