Mr.Morrison has shown many acts of courage such as in the book T.j and Stacey get into a fight because of T.j cheating and passing it to stacey to get rid of them but mama caught them and only stacey got whipped. So they reached the wallace store and fought until Mr. Morrison came in picking them off of eachother with the white men upset. Cassie got whipped because she didn’t want Little Man to get in trouble to after he said he didn’t want his book if it was dirty so Cassie tried to stand up for him.
