Federal Form Of Government In The United States

Decent Essays

Federal government has been the form of government used in our country since the ratification of the Constitution in 1788. A federalist government lies between both unitary and confederal systems. Through our federal form of government there are many positive aspects not found in unitary or confederal countries. As the United States is such a large country it would be impractical to attempt to have a powerful central authority.
