GTA V, Call Of Duty, Devil May Cry

I’m a gamer I play GTA V, Call Of Duty, Devil May Cry, and other violent games and they have had no mental affect on me they didn’t turn me into an angry person in fact i’m one of the calmest people I know. I don’t think the game turns someone into a angry person or a psycho it may just be the gamer him/herself. I have friends who play violent video games and they haven’t affected them either.
“As violent video games have become more popular, violent crime has fallen.” This means that people who have bad anger issues or have the desire to hurt people can play violent video games to put the anger or desire to hurt people onto fake people with no consequences whatsoever. In Devil May Cry you play as Human/Demon hybrid Dante and the game is pretty much slashing and shooting demons with the various weapon you obtain throughout the game and I have played through all the Devil May Cry games and I have had no desire to buy a sword or gun to go around town shooting or slashing people. …show more content…

This creates a hollow sort of analysis.” This just shows that we shouldn’t trust all the critics because who wants to hear about violent video games from a person who last picked up a controller was when they played Super Mario Bros on their NES back in the 80’s. But seriously when a parent says something like “Video games are harming our youth” or “Their turning our children into killers” when they have never seen anything of what they’re talking about just makes surveys and analysis just seem really hollow when they have no idea about what they’re talking
