A 20 year old woman named, Mariah Yeater, made headlines in 2011 because she was saying she was pregnant with Justin Bieber’s baby and wanted a paternity test. The baby wasn’t his. On January 23, 2014 Bieber was arrested in Florida because he was drag racing and he was also under the influence. The same year, he got arrested and had to pay 80,000 dollars to his neighbors for egging their house in Calabasas, California. On August 2016 Justin Bieber made headlines again because he deleted his Instagram account. Because he was getting a lot of hate since he kept on posting pictures with Sofia Richie and fans weren’t being to nice in the comment section. Around early June 2014 there were leaked videos of Justin Bieber when he was 15 years old saying racist jokes. He later on apologized for what he did when he was young and he said that he has changed. Justin Bieber tweeted in 2013 that he was officially retiring and even said at a radio interview that he was retiring. He later on said at the same radio station that he was joking. But a lot of Beliebers didn't take the joke as a laughing matter. On Justin’s Believe tour in London he was being verbally attacked by two guys and he was also getting followed by the same people. The early 1960s was a time of extreme social issues such as the Vietnam War and the Civil Rights Movement; everyone was looking for their own voice in this time of adversity. A young Bob Dylan arises to the spotlight and sings songs speaking of protest and originality, expressing societal dissatisfaction felt by not only himself but by his entire generation. In the 1960s Dylan wrote many protest songs that people of his generation found themselves connecting to, leading way to a counterculture aside from popular music which also paved a way for introspective song writing.

Regardless of George Strait's incredible history of recognition and awards, he has always been one of my favorite country music artists. I am a true, long time fan of traditional country and I love his style in particular because of the dash of honky tonk and swing music that comes with it. My husband has roots in Texas and we spend quite a bit of time there on vacation. We enjoy the cowboy lifestyle and have always spent our free time enjoying country music, country two step dancing at the dance hall, being outside horseback riding, attending the rodeo, visiting the county fair and enjoying the laid back country life. One day we plan on moving back to Texas permanently and in the meantime, George's music makes us feel at home wherever we are.

Dylan is able to reveal a fulfillment from spirituality as he perceives his music as a sacred landscape. Bob Dylan brings up a theme of religion, referencing the book of Isaiah in his 1967 song “All Along the Watchtower” as he writes a story about two people at the watchtower, where the significance of life is found. Dylan’s spiritual lyrics conceived his work as a an artist through imagination and religion that creates a hallowed dwelling for him to aqurie attainment.
