It talks about both the similarities and the differences between boys and girls lacrosse. But I believe they could have added in additional chapter focusing on girls lacrosse. When I say girls lacrosse I am talking about the rules. In boys lacrosse no matter what age you are you are allowed to check another player's stick. If you don't know what checking is it's when one player hits the other player who has the balls stick to try and knock it out and gain possession of the ball.
