Human Rights Violation On Child Soldiers

Child soldiers being used around the world related to interventionism which is a policy of non-defensive activity undertaken by a national, state, or political jurisdiction to manipulate an economy or society. This is the case because nations liek the United States are aware of what is going on and are trying to stop nations from recruiting child soldiers. People around globe are trying to stop this from happening since they understand that thesekids arebeing turned into ruthless, emotionless, and dangerous individiuals as opposed to growing and learning as they should.

Child soldiers are victims because they were drugged with cocaine and marijuana so then the kids will do what they were told, but i think child soldiers should get amnesty because they had no control of going into war or staying out of war. These kids were drugged and threatened to do all of these things and if the kids didn't do it then they would be shot or most likely killed.

Child soldiers are a problem that not many people think about anymore because people may believe that they are not a relevant issue.Child soldiers are still a very relevant and important issue. With terrorist groups like the infamous ISIS recruiting children.Former Child soldiers deserve amnesty because they don’t have a choice when becoming a soldier, they will make use of their second chance, and not all child soldiers are killers.

Although, countries such as Afghanistan, India, and Libya have been using child soldiers since 2011. Recently, two million children have died over the past ten years due to becoming a child soldier. A huge deplorable development that has extended recently is the increase of child soldiers. Children are constantly being used as soldiers for various reasons. In some countries, there are more child soldiers than they are adults because children are more compliant. Children have been exploited as soldiers because they are being recruited to do a violent action, it is difficult for them to, later on, assimilate back to their lives, and child soldiers are regularly used in developing countries.

“I would like to give you a message, please do your best to tell the world what is happening to us, the children. So that other children do not have to pass through this violence.”

Many child soldiers have done very bad things to innocent people.Child soldiers are responsible for the deaths of thousands of people. Many may argue that drugs and alcohol influenced the children to make the decisions that they should not have made. It takes too many resources to figure out if they are still a threat to our society. Even after intense counseling and therapy, we will never know for sure that they are cured unless we let them into the public's eye. Child soldiers should not deserve amnesty.

Can you imagine every day being drugged, beaten, and threatened into doing something horrible such as killing someone? I am talking about the life of a child soldier. Every day thousands of kids are being forced into their country's army and now they are killing many people. So the main question is should we grant them amnesty or not? Some may not agree with me

Everyone has a different opinion and they are entitled to their opinions. Do you believe child soldiers should be prosecuted for the crimes they commit? In my opinion I believe child soldiers should not be prosecuted for many reasons. One is that they are forced to fight and to commit the crimes. Another is their mental state is altered with thoughts of what is wrong and what is right. Also the fact that the children are drugged alters their mental state and fogs up their train of thought. Yes some may say that children should know what is right and what is wrong well that is not always true.

While there were some problems during the World Wars, today there is no significant problem with child soldiers in powerful countries, such as the USA, Britain, and other UN countries. Sadly, there are countries that do use children, including Somalia, Iraq, Mali, and others in Africa and around the Middle East. Although not everyone knows it, there is a huge tragedy that is, and has been, going on even at this exact moment. That tragedy is children being taken out of their ordinary lives, whether by force or not, away from their families and into battle. Despite how much these children went through in the wars, the question still remains: once the war is over, should they be granted amnesty, or be prosecuted? The answer to this comes from thorough research. Child soldiers should be granted amnesty because they are unaware of what they are doing, they need help rather than prosecution, and many are forced to fight.

Child soldiers are any children under the age of 18 who are recruited by a state or non-state armed group and used as fighters, cooks, suicide bombers, human shields, messengers, spies, or for sexual purposes. In the opinion of many people including parents, children, and political figures, the use of children in wars or for the purpose of being soldiers is unfair and wrong. Therefore, based on all of the cruelties the children face such as their lives being threatened, their being taken from their families and forced to commit these heinous acts, and not being treated fairly while they are serving, it is in many’s opinion that these children be given amnesty, and are forgiven for their acts.

Human-rights experts estimate around 200,000 children are still being used as child soldiers. Child soldiers should not be prosecuted, it’s just not right. Child soldiers are forced to kill, sometimes at war, and sometimes as terrorists. Child soldiers are usually drawn because they are provided safety and basic needs. They are not at fault, they should be given rehabilitation, and they are very unlike child criminals.

I firmly believe that using child soldiers in a war is wrong. Every kid deserves a childhood and to be able to have fun while they can. Also with how much drugs child soldiers are administered they can become easily addicted to hard drugs at a young age. People use child soldiers b/c there is never a shortage of children and they will just go kidnap more. It’s sad to see how the world has become. Drugging kids to make them do your bidding is just wrong. These young children are trained in combat and given a gun. If they do not do something right they get beaten bloody and have to try again. I will tell you my opinion on child soldiers.I think that children being soldiers is bad. I will also describe how bad the conditions where for those kids, many of those kids don't even know how normal their lives can be with foster parents or in a orphanage with a proper school, proper clothing ,but also proper medical attention that they need. Because there all those illnesses out there and they don't even know if they have one of them.
