Johnny had to kill bob the boyfriend of cherry. Johnny had killed Bob with his six inch blade.The leads up to the murder was that Johnny did not like bob because, Bob had jump Johnny a while back before Johnny died. Johnny and ponyboy were both involved with the death of bob. Ponyboy and Johnny should both be innocent.

In my opinion Ponyboy, and Johnny shouldn't have run away because it was only self-defence, and they never intended on killing Bob but resulted in a fatal accident and resulted in having ponyboy and johnny having to run away to an abandon church.

If he is not dead, he is not going to get the money and he is going to be mad still. Robert still needs to figure out what he is going to do because if he does not make a decision soon he is going to be in trouble. Bill has found out that his truck gone and has called the cops, because it has come on the scanner in the truck.

The runner on second base was at least 15 feet off of the bag. But Jack couldn’t throw, so the only option was to race the runner to the bag. When the two boys Johnny and Ponyboy comes back to their senses they realize that they have killed Bob when Johnny’s hands are covered in blood with a big switch knife in his hands by the water fountain. The two boys Johnny and Ponyboy are shocked because they have never killed anybody before. They start thinking of ways to get out of it; everybody came asking questions about what happened that night (Hinton 51).

The choice that Johnny decided to make was to kill bob because, when they were attacked by the socs bob grabbed Johnny and then david took ponyboy. And put his face into the water fountain and started to drown him. Then, Johnny broke free from bob and then saved ponyboy but pony was on the floor passed out and then Johnny said “I killed that boy.”

Before the baby was born bobby was wanting some sort of ticket out. He wanted a ticket. A magic note that would just take care of everything. That he was no longer going to have to deal with the mistake he made. This really shows how much bobby needs to grow. Bobby is still thinking like a child. That is his needs are more important than others. Bobby was just looking for an easy way out. This is the way most children look at things. We try to find a short cut. Bobby hasn’t learned the reality of the situation he is in now.

The outcome of this plot really boils down to wealth and societal status. Bobby wasn't ever a wealthy man and was part of the lower class his whole life. When he was a child, his mother didn’t provide for him. As he grew up, he couldn't save enough funds to live on his own and was a criminal and put behind bars for assaulting a woman just for his own satisfaction. He only had seen this woman before but they had never really made any type of contact or anything and this time the woman, Chi-Chi, smiled at him as they walked by each other.

Bobby found out that Mr. Kellerman is a very lonely man, his mother just passed away that he has lived with his whole life, and his wife left him. Mr. Kellerman had never been the same after all of that happened to him. Bobby couldn’t hate this man anymore. They got closer throughout the book and they understood each other at the end. Bobby and Mr. Kellerman became good friends.
