I believe that Tom Robinson is innocent and should not have been jailed. There were many reasons proving that Tom Robinson was innocent but I will just name a few. First, Tom Robinson was black and Bob Ewell was white, and they were going up against an all white jury. Already, Tom Robinson's chances of winning were incredibly slim. Second, Tom was a humble family man with a wife and children, all he wanted to do was lend a helping hand to someone who needed it.

Twenty-seven-year-old Henry Molaison, more often referred to as H.M., and his parents had a tough decision to make the August of 1953 (Ogden). When he was only seven years old, Molaison was hit by a bicyclist and knocked out for several minutes, leaving a large gash on the side of his forehead. It was that accident that caused him to develop seizures, mild at first, but growing in severity. When he was sixteen, he had his first tonic-clonic seizure, or one that affects the entire brain, and ever since then he was having ten or more seizures per day. It made high school difficult, and he dropped out once due to teasing (Dittrich). H.M. eventually went to a different high school, and it took until he was twenty-one before he could get his diploma because of the severity of his seizures. Even his jobs at Ace Electric Motor Company and Royal Typewriter became too dangerous to continue, so he
Distinguished pastor and scholar John Piper wrote that there are two types of missionaries in the world today —Timothy-like and Paul-like missionaries. Timothy left his home in Lystra and joined the apostle Paul during his second missionary journey. He crossed different Mediterranean cultures and eventually became the overseer of the church in Ephesus. He served as a resident missionary in that renowned city away from home. On the other hand, the apostle Paul was an itinerant evangelist or a “frontier missionary,” who went about preaching the gospel and establishing churches in different places. His aim, as he categorically stated, was to “preach the gospel, not where Christ has already been named” (Rom. 15:20).
St. John had a very good early life. St. John was born in the first century (Chadwick 1). John has a brother named James (Chadwick 1). St. John is younger than James (Chadwick). St. John was the son of Zebedee, a Galilean fisherman, and Salome (Chadwick 1). His mother was among those women who ministered to the circle of disciples (Chadwick 1). His early life was easy, but he had to work very hard to become
Born at Oporto on March 4, 1394, Henry was the third son of John the First of Portugal and Philippa of Lancaster. He came to maturity while his father John the First was securing Portugal’s independence. The conflicts at the time had decimated the nobility and left the monarchy with a devastating lack of income. And so, the ruling families started to look to the horizon for new lands and wealth.
John Michael Green the author of Looking for Alaska, Paper Towns, The Fault in Our Stars and many more! Most recently his book Paper Towns has hit the big screens in movie theaters. Just a couple of years ago his book The Fault in Our Stars, which is also the most grossed novel in 2012, was a movie hit! In Green’s schooling years he was bullied and picked on so he gets the mind of a high school outcast. “Well why did you make such a depressing ending in your book The Fault in Our Stars?” a fan asked him. Green’s response to the question above was along the lines of “This is not a fairytale, this was a book as close to reality as possible. Life is not also going to end happily, but there is hope.”
The author’s statement concerning harassment of those with disabilities, that “our goals in school should not be tolerance”, is so very accurate. If those with disabilities, whether physical or mental are integrated into the regular educational setting there is acceptance of differences, rather than tolerance, as it should be. An example that comes to mind is a Down syndrome child; I will refer to as John Doe. John Doe went through the school system from Kindergarten to grade 12. He was not placed into a special needs class, but rather he was mainstreamed into the classroom. Students were taught that everyone is unique and special; we celebrate and accept the differences. As John Doe progressed through the educational system the whole

“What is the point of being alive if you don’t at least try to do something remarkable?” This quote was said by one of the best young adult authors, John Green. John Green was born to Mike and Sydney Green on August 24th, 1977 . He received his early childhood education from Lake Highland Prep School as well as Indian Springs School which greatly benefited him. Throughout his school years he went through being the social outcast and was bullied by ignorant and arrogant people.
“A touch of that sad wonderment which troubles the deep thinker” (Art Journal, 170) A statement that reflects John William Waterhouse’s paintings most accurately would be this one. His paintings would go on to leave strong emotional feelings that were conveyed through the vivid colors of his works, whether it be the historically significant Cleopatra, painted in 1888, or a more mythical painting such as Circe, which was painted in 1911. (John William Waterhouse- The Complete Works) John William Waterhouse was a Victorian painter best known for mixing themes in classical literature, as well as femininity, into his uniquely styled paintings.

Joseph Henry was a researcher in the field of electricity whose work inspired many inventors. Joseph Henry's first discovery was that the power of a magnet could be immensely strengthened by winding it with insulated wire. He was the first person to make a magnet that could lift 3,500 pounds of weight. Joseph Henry showed the difference between "quantity" magnets composed of short lengths of wire connected in parallel and excited by a few large cells, and "intensity" magnets wound with a single long wire and excited by a battery composed of cells in series. This was an original discovery, greatly increasing both the immediate usefulness of the magnet and its possibilities for future experiments. Michael Faraday, William Sturgeon, and other
