Civil Right should not be based on color, gender, or age sound simple, correct? Sadly does no work this way and if someone is not white male individual than unfortunately already known about this, something must be clearly wrong with the human race if they choose who is deserving of civil, if not basic, rights. There is only one way for change this situation protesting but there is different ways to fight for change one of them being nonviolence and violence approach, when the former tries to use rational debates and way not say more passive-aggressive, the later has a “us against them” philosophy meaning that the oppressor and oppressed can never life together and see eye-to-eye. Martin Luther King, Jr. and Malcolm X, born Malcolm Little, are the perfect example both want to improve the lives of African Americans more precisely United States however choosing different ideologies to fight for racial improvement making impact even in 2016. “Contemporary Black young people seeking social justice are still torn between racial integration and racial separation, between Martins’ call for nonviolent resistance and Malcolm’s insistence on “any means necessary”” (Carson 12). Maybe it was fate that put both of them existing in the same time and show us not only the many ways to call for civil rights but also that the word is not make of heroes, villains or anti-heroes humanity is more complex as a matter of fact there is no chance to known what really was they end game and all the information those days about them might be flawed and/or lacking. …show more content…
