Through all the inferences, none of them are fully explaining everything that had happen that night on the cruise ship. All of the inferences are focusing on how the fiancé might have been involved in the ingested methadone, but hardly any are focusing on anything else. Due to Ashley consuming alcohol that night, the abortion causing her to be exhausted with emotion, is is very clear that she had mistaken the methadone for NyQuil and thus causing this case to be an accidental suicide.

The significance of the proposed research is three-fold: (1) Treating METH relapse. METH abuse is the most serious drug problem in the majority of US counties1,2 with behavioral modification therapy being the only support available to METH users after rehabilitation. The development of addiction to drugs of abuse is regulated by a variety of factors, including pre-existing vulnerability. Important basic research in this area addresses questions such as mechanisms driving the shift from controlled to compulsive intake3. As a complement to this work, it is critical that we understand the factors that confer vulnerability to relapse after rehabilitation. These factors include depressive symptoms, stress and motivation, both conscious and unconscious,

Methadone is a commonly used opioid to relieve pain in both veterinary and human medicine. To help develop appropriate pain management practices and to develop a quantitative model for predicting methadone dosimetry in plasma and specific tissues, a flow-limited multi-route physiologically based pharmacokinetic (PBPK) model for methadone in dogs constructed with Berkeley MadonnaTM was developed, specifically examining the Beagle and Greyhound breeds. The model accounts for intravenous (IV), subcutaneous (SC), and oral administrations, and compartmentalizes the body into components of venous blood, arterial blood, muscle, lung, brain, heart, liver, GI tract, kidney, and rest of body. This model was calibrated from plasma pharmacokinetic data
