Who do you think is stronger the boy everyone looks up to Percy Jackson or the quiet loner Nico di Angelo.

Every movie these days involving heroes requires having an origin story, and "Percy Jackson & The Lightning Thief" based on a novel written by Rick Riordan has a long and good one. The Greek gods of Mount Olympus descend to earth every few hundred year to have children, these half god, half humans are called demigods. They live among us and most of them have no idea that they are one, until they start to be attack by monsters or mythical creatures. Percy Jackson played by Logan Lerman is no different than any other demigod, one thing is different with Percy he is the son of one of the big three gods (Zeus, Poseidon, Hades). His father being Poseidon makes Percy more powerful than any other demigod. The bad thing being that he does not know that he is the son of a god.
Percy finds out that he is the son of the god Poseidon, and he is part of an ancient prophecy. Following this, he must go on a quest to save his mother who is abducted by the god of the underworld, Hades. In addition, he has to retrieve Zeus’s lightning bolt that he is accused of stealing, while encountering many other greek mythological characters along the way. The movie’s
Percy Jackson is 11 years old and is known to not be one of the best students. He has ADHD, Dyslexia and has been kicked out of sever schools he has attended. The one subject he seems to be good at is history and mythology which is good because these two things will come to dictate the world which Percy lives in. During a field trip for his history class Percy is shocked to find out that he is actually a greek demigod. Unfortunately he only learns this when his teacher turns out to be a monster from classical antiquity sent to kill him. From here on Percy is plunged into a mythical world ruled by the greek gods and goddesses and it is up to him to restore order in this world and ensure the safety of western civilization. The book is good for
My reason to why I want to trade places with Percy was because he got to go on many exciting journeys, got to see Mythology monsters, and explore the unexplorable. When he arrived at Camp it made me want to go to the camp with him and meet the amazing people that are his friends. In my opinion, I would like to live in a world full of action because it would be exciting and awesome. Percy’s life is like a videogame, you go do quests, kill monsters, then go back to base. Some Mythology monsters are frightening, such as Medusa, Minotaur, and Cerberus. When I was
