Perseverance Personal Narrative

Change is inevitable. Whether it be positive or negative, change is constantly happening. More than often change can take you from the known world and spit you into the unknown, where you return a changed person. While embarking on the journeys provoked by change, you are on a hero’s journeys. The hero’s journey was popularized by Joseph Campbell. When describing what prompts hero’s journeys, Joseph Campbell said,

Zachari's grandmother showed the QP the court documents the probation officer left that reports he has 20 hours of community services, have no contact with the co-defendants, curfew set by the parent, and contact with his probation officer.

I pulled my hair up into a pony tail and slung my purse over my shoulder before responding to him.

What would happen next?!  She began to go down, she put one foot down on the next step.  The ladder began to wobble Chu-yi, holding on tightly stops moving ,and the ladder is still.  Chu-yi knew that could have been bad.  She makes it half way down the ladder while her heart is beating like a drum.  Chu-yi starts to hum the swift birds's song to calm herself. Bang, Chu-yi hears the sound and hurries down the ladder.

There is nothing that compares to that last game. It makes no difference how exciting every other game is – that last one-it is like no other. Watching my daughter play the last few seconds of the North Half starter game was both exciting and bittersweet. Yes, there have been many games before leading up to this one, yet, this game seems so different. And, though this game starts the tournament and ends her basketball career, it still represents so much more.

I never realized how boring and long a car ride could seem when you’re anxious and excited for what’s to come. I never knew what waited down the path I chose, and how easily something can be lost. These events led me to the way I am today and whom I want to be in th future.

As Greg was walking he saw three skeletons all lined up by the entrance. "Are those real skeletons? Or just there to try to scare us?" Greg whispered.

With_the_fiery_Aventador trailing_right_on my tail, I shifted on my leather seat pressing down harder on the accelerator pushing my Koenigsegg to its utmost limits. I never thought mondy would come around more slowly. I woke up at 5:30 in the mourning took a shower got dressed and walked down stairs to see that mom and dad were already up and in their leader uniforms and mom had made eggs, bacon and toast.

A flock of small birds took flight. I scanned the bushes, but there was no body watching so I looked back out to sea. There was no sign that anyone had been swimming. I stepped off the bank and onto the beach. Up and down the shore, I walked looking for Father and gathering driftwood. I could have made it back home before dark but I decided to wait until morning.

I was the fairest maiden on all the land. However, somehow I was turned into this hideous monster. Although I do not remember how this occurred, I want to find out how this happened to me. Every day I would walk out of my lair to have a breeze of fresh air. There was no one around, and not a city in sight for the next 20 miles. I was alone with the other gorgons for the rest of my time on this planet.

The core value I chose to focus on is “excellence”. In all aspects of my life I try to put my best foot forward. Specifically in sports my character of excellence can be seen. In high school, I was a three sport athlete. Starting freshman year I made varsity in all three of my sports. This didn’t happen just through talent in took hard work and dedication. I had to always compete even if it meant going against older girls who thought they deserved a varsity spot just because of their age. Giving 100% effort was necessary, even if others on the team weren’t. It wasn’t always easy to give my best effort, but I continued to motivate myself. As I worked my way up in sports I realized the impact athletes have on other athletes just by performing

When In my Mind’s eye his face has been etched since the day I first saw her.

189 people died out of 200 people who stayed in the hotel. There were only ten survivors from my school and 90 people have died. The cause of the accident was poor construction, but there was no one who took over the responsibilities. The government promised to give all the students to a choice of choosing a university and they said they will support us until we get a proper job.
